Teach with Milata LLC

We hire California-based, Russian-speaking instructors as W-2 employees to teach live online classes to homeschooled children.

We are building a small team of instructors who love teaching children and speak Russian natively or at a native level.

The role

• Teach live online group classes (and some private lessons) to children aged TK–12, on a weekday-afternoon schedule you agree with us.
• Follow our scope and sequence, prepare from our materials, and write a short progress report for each learner every learning period.
• Employment is W-2 (not contract), part-time, paid hourly; California-based instructors first.

What we require

• Native or near-native Russian and comfortable English.
• Teaching experience with children (school, tutoring, or community classes).
• A California DOJ LiveScan background check under each partner school’s ORI (we schedule and pay for it) and the free California mandated-reporter training, renewed annually.
• Reliable internet, a quiet space, a camera and headset.
• Agreement that teaching materials created for Milata LLC belong to Milata LLC.
